Finding a lecturer who can take responsibility, demonstrate professionalism, and adapt the entire training to align with your organization's needs is crucial. Such an individual should be capable of focusing on what truly matters to your organization in the present moment. They should be creative, engaged, and champion your managers as though they were part of their own organization. Gerda and Alma embody these qualities. To me, this experience has been about creation, adaptation, and discovery of the best methods suited for our program and company. The process of co-creation sparked creativity because I felt that we shared a mutual desire for more than just information dissemination. Witnessing results like these confirms that we made a perfect choice and the match between us and the lectures was excellent.

The key to business success is team well-being. With the Connected Teams program, all members of our team can change their approach to colleagues and their needs. This motivated and inspired us to meet new challenges together.

Seeing the team members from a different perspective was eye-opening. In addition, there was a sense of freshness. I recommend the Connected Teams program as a reminder to listen and the importance of hearing each other as it offers practical value and many new ideas about peer relationships and evaluating each other's strengths in order to achieve success together.

Building relations between team members in a team based in few different locations might be complicated. The Connected Teams program is a great way to spend quality time with your colleagues if you can only meet online. It allows getting to know each other better, but it also provides a deeper view of how we perceive cooperation within the team.

I would honestly recommend all teams to have a workshop with this amazing duo. We were able to develop so much from the session in terms of our joint goals for our future work. More importantly though, it bonded our team in a way we have not manged to do so previously. We learned how much we value and appreciate each other, and how with a joint contribution, we can achieve anything we wish! Our team book is now printed and placed at all our desks to help drive us forward and to keep us smiling.

Connected Teams training was a very joyful experience. Simple questions have greatly encouraged openness, helped the whole team understand what is most important to us, what contributes to our motivation to go to work and desire to achieve the best results, and what results we are proud of. It’s like a mutual pulse check that helps to direct the shared energy in the same direction later.

Connected Teams does exactly what the name promises - it helps team members remember and loudly and visually affirm what connects them and why they work together. Valuable time to get out of everyday work and see the bigger picture.

With our team, we had a playful, meaningful, useful and motivating time that paid off 150%. It was beneficial to remember and reflect on our work, kind of from aside, and see how much “wow” has been done! In the daily run, it is hard to find time to appreciate it. It was also useful to think about the goals of the starting year from a different angle. Thank you!

The training was like a big glass of fresh, good water in the desert - an association that came after the meeting. A good opportunity to look at the links between our team, where they have weakened, need to be strengthened or maybe changed, and where they are strong and positively impacting interconnections and communication. I saw the team once again with different eyes - how great it is and what great potential it has. I am glad I am a part of it. Thanks to Alma and Gerda for the wonderful opportunity.
